" Q' V3 J! I6 g! Foutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

; C  e) i; y$ w4 @# w1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
4 B$ k$ Y' ?- J% _; W
+ _4 V5 B2 R7 M( v) J4 R2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
- s1 Z( w- a0 H* _8 C2 t& j! l5 mThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].

4.To save this contact's information, click SAVE & CLOSE
OR
