  l# V3 Q& s& }% routlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

" U  t8 h/ |# a2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
1 E/ \; w* M# M, p, ^- |: oThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

+ S) f6 U  f8 T  {4 d* a3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired

To save this contact's information and add a new contact, click SAVE & NEW
