. |1 ^' [+ q. M/ | R* S* S0 uoutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：7 v1 o5 G. r+ ^' G2 K

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

. G# L% D, Q% q6 F4 m" p9 S2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts$ D% y, S0 U6 r0 F! _) P: [1 V% Y
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.2 A7 d/ X+ Z$ X/ D5 ^
