outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

0 O, b, K9 m/ C! d& i& loutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

. X8 x2 T9 g& m9 g; C1 J2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
- p: G* z8 a/ N9 b  h$ D; |The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired

4.To save this contact's information, click SAVE & CLOSE
OR
To save this contact's information and add a new contact, click SAVE & NEW
