& j& J& \6 l* Eoutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：" l7 _, S' O, O8 R- x# ^& c

. [) g# l$ L o2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts9 c, }3 o1 L i
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.7 M7 f) _! i5 p- \( u2 ?8 {
