9 D M7 j( F+ V) l1 K4 k" `outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：; F: |4 Y3 G! a( v

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add 9 M1 `. l' I7 f; j2 ~" _ d; D% u% {8 z
7 l# g* R- j' ~' U" L9 h& J+ T
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts1 p. g' L. a C5 m7 q& C' D* i8 i
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.: K, S7 X6 z% I% b5 K2 R. `

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
