outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

/ Z8 E, Y! v; J( }outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

) r, Q: I- g5 D6 [0 t% B( h2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
5 @- i- D; U+ Y9 k4 V; jThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

$ o) H4 o# ~) ^& `; n' M3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
$ K3 a; m- d& V* aHINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].

4.To save this contact's information, click SAVE & CLOSE
OR
