0 j+ y3 b6 f& F7 ]! goutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

* j+ \% k2 K$ q0 h" K; T2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts1 P. Y8 X2 S$ E p$ J! W* U, R
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired 2 u, m5 {& e) G
