outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

$ J1 z# }# C) c% s1 b1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

4 q2 r5 ?# r" P# l2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
/ a' j. m* R. `The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

% u4 R/ O- O' v( u/ F% l% [" S3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
