. F; Z1 c% u+ uoutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts9 K7 A" _3 U+ S6 r5 @6 z
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you. {7 c5 }/ D! t& @" \* K2 c# q
7 H! F; n2 H% z0 t' J3 x" T/ t3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired / C1 M9 h' A; r$ u \: _
