outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

" T: k9 A. ~/ {, {outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

' h! k1 z( P, `! [) ~1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

. R  M5 `  J0 T" C% Z& c" n2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
- U6 d- M" }; @# q; U* C+ x% r. |The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

1 Q1 E: `& I6 j: |HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].

4.To save this contact's information, click SAVE & CLOSE
OR
