outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

/ ~7 T) Y/ [! m1.Open the email message from the person you want to add ( o$ I, Q! U9 S% \6 U c" i f
# \$ |9 C: o" U2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
, o, P h. f4 i- X8 q5 CThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired + T- m; C" U7 e) ^3 j) m
