! N A4 e: N/ @; e* LThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:8 P" s, H; e+ j: `9 F# X) ?

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.8 y1 X n. U0 _4 p+ H" g

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.

8 h6 R& r; c( U· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.
