5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

sugar 40g+30g

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled
* @: ~; M+ M2 N2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar

5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water; H% X$ t, V0 w' i7 n
