1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely9 A& I3 H# S7 _4 a' p" }6 n
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)

egg yolk 5 L' Z* q4 d1 ?
sugar 40g+30g h. O* ?5 A \. y
vanilla extract 1/2tsp

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled3 q7 m2 V" H3 K' c3 Z, t! s
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar

4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
