; j, \9 R& b/ m1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
( i3 Q6 ^- N7 U# K$ u2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.4 A P5 u0 g- S* D( v
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
& v% Q& j+ K# ?( l' F7 g! {2 ]+ o5 z4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)

Whipping cream 300ml

2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar

4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
