Is looking for a long-term Full-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
. K0 R. `% _3 N4 r6 kSchedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

9 ]/ t* m; N$ w) ^9 E, FMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
# c5 N' ~. I0 Z; }8 X-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
" j# v& t2 |- u  x/ t3 t' y! w% C- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
