Riverbend出现毒品屋车库爆炸事件

上周Riverbend的Leger区中1404 Latta Court的车库发生爆炸，警方证实此事和毒品生产有关，并已经对屋主进行了指控。

秋天的时候我们还看过这个圈里的房子呢，幸亏没买。不知道这么一来，这一带的房子要掉价多少？

大家买房的时候也要多个心眼儿，别以为“高尚社区”就有多安全。

正想问问Legar这个区怎样呢，打算去看房子。这种毒品屋很常见吗？从那里路过，在whitemud oak前面看见了高压线，想知道Legar的房子离高压线最近的有多远。。。

This may be a rare case but when rabbithill road was finished through all the way to 23rd ave., Whitemud Oak subdivision emerged as a mid-level residentials, so it is not the best of riverbend area. If 1-5 ranking with 5 the best is used, it probably will be 3 only.

I would think, for older areas, eagleridge, whitemud creek, newer areas like magrath summit, terwillegar gardens etc. are the 5s. But what the 1-5 ranking I suggested is only a rough classification, for some particular areas within the 5s, one may consider them as 5 plus which are even better.

是啊，影响可大了，你看最近有好多房子都要出手了，不过要价都太高哦，动辄近50万或70W
