Which lot is better?

Sorry, can not type Chinese. Could you help to look at these two lots, which one is better?

Lot 46 in Block 3  $207900 (Back yard facing future school zone)/ _3 z+ T9 t6 V* G/ ^1 q
Lot 44 in Block 5  $198500

Lot 38 in Block 5 is better

44, bigger lot, Conner lot, close to the pond, and not facing school yard.

' D! L# V/ Z# |2 B! d3 U  _5 Q6 j44 is good too except for the narrow font (only 34 feet) and you will facing other people's back yard.- u8 }: ~4 c& ^8 D6 c

You don't want the baseball hit your windows, do you? School back yard is good for some people, and bad for some people(no privacy) .

以性价比来说,Lot 44 in Block 5 合算一些。

lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万,实际价高出两万,虽然背靠绿地,但学校绿地不足以溢价2万。背靠绿地由劣到优顺序为:. c0 {: K% g; X- F* |( u/ M* O5 A
高压线,高速公路,学校,公园,小湖, Ravine, 大湖。

当然是44好。前面通小池塘,后面是小路。小路南侧是池塘和贵房子。车库在北侧,客厅在南侧正好和邻居相隔较远,客厅可以做两侧窗,或者做成八角形的格局。# v7 X1 P: u2 S; x$ y+ b8 t
' \! @- n- |. z; H3 n6 b" s$ ?. e0 A/ I
46虽说是靠学校绿地,但那块绿地地势高于房子,不爽。

那只是某指定进深的宽度。
" G# i$ E- ?) b( v! ]* L, K
2 P: k4 Q# o  j* u+ j房子的射影不是方形的。在最窄的地方只有车库,34肯定够用。等到了要摆客厅的进深,宽度肯定已经不止34了。具体pocket形状要拿开发商的图纸和建筑商一起讨论如何利用最大面宽。

看来看好44的居多,原来有些取舍不定,现在看来就44吧,多谢各位!
' N( [: s+ X& Y另外有一点疑问,WST回帖中说  “Lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万”, 38 是pocket size吗?我看着两个pocket都是40的pocket 呀?
6 }8 `. W1 t5 F- ]. }还有site plan 上注明44是RC (Restrictive covenant),有没有什么说道?
