紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

/ S7 v  j: _* N9 c我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
7 W1 F" m+ Z% o* Z: a& E房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
& [$ M: u& f# k& Vproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

1 L" I5 r" ~% D4 V9 D我的realtor说：没有关系，不影响买卖，那个区房子都是这样的。
% |! I  _9 A! ~但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

个人理解，none confirming letter 和 none approval letter还是有区别的。如
! S2 U9 x  N4 F: ]+ ?- t果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
3 L% ~) B  w% vAfter the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
not approving, do not buy it.
