求助：买新房的面积问题

本人带孩子刚来爱城不久，为了孩子从pacesetter那里买了duplex，现在正准备盖。今天刚刚看到blueprints，发现图纸上的面积与最初floor plan上的面积少了100平方尺。showhome的人解释是blueprints里的面积是不包含楼梯的面积，楼梯属于空间面积，所以少了100平尺。我不知道在爱城盖新房是不是都这样计算面积的。不知道有没有和我一样相同经历的朋友。我最大的担忧是将来在卖房的时候我是按照blueprints上面积算还是按照floor plan上的面积算。谢谢爱城的朋友帮忙。

你卖房是房屋面积是卖房经济实际测量的。一般是按你的外墙面积计算的。

Some even include the outdoor veranda as salable space on their floor plans. I would guess these are the causes for the discrepancy of total sq footage.

如果带着小孩的话，就多看看已经，或者快要盖好的吧，如果价钱差不多的话。因为盖一个房子要蛮久的。
