I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约 ( _1 g/ A$ R3 Dhttp://www.chineseanglersclub.ca ... ;ID=2520&page=1 & J; V' p6 @) K; H+ Q& ^I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.( e# V. \, [. a5 ^5 {9 p8 _+ z

2. Don`t belittle others: 不说激怒人的话包括；我不行/我怕你得了吧，把….揪出来，这小子，你有哈了不起……. / Q( |/ [3 t- l/ YDo you think so？ if every body follows论坛公约, we will feel more comfortable as browsing the web side.
