I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约+ E( J3 b& ^% C

I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.1 j @% K- |- K/ c3 ?0 k. L

2. Don`t belittle others: 不说激怒人的话包括；我不行/我怕你得了吧，把….揪出来，这小子，你有哈了不起…….
4 c& p' T$ e- UDo you think so？ if every body follows论坛公约, we will feel more comfortable as browsing the web side. |
