I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约

$ L, d' b& R3 G2 W8 P. O6 v& tI think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.
