•        Identification and replication of software defects  
) R8 J. l6 L! f, R) Q# E* ^•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
' u; u& H+ u3 O# T•        Managing customer expectations & ~( M- k( v% A# |1 P8 v
•        Documentation of technical procedures
+ @7 L, |$ E# R! ^& Z* u1 e•        Trouble shooting client network issues - _: d+ }% i1 ~: n. S6 q% K
•        Optimizing system configurations  
! ^" F9 k: z) S•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ' f0 B6 A- ~# M$ @; p* A
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 5 j/ O8 B7 j, Q/ j! l3 P
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. - O' b* U% F! _; l- T' a! n

•        System training

Skills and Knowledge Required/ M5 O( Y  X0 U  A: A, O
•        Customer service skills
) ]3 K0 x" C5 R3 l2 M- T8 K•        Technical writing skills
+ n( n$ c, U( p5 n3 a•        C++ development skills
: I5 W8 E/ R. a, Y•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
