Position Responsibilities:( Z6 _0 [' m9 F  T: p, }6 N
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
- P6 }2 C6 r4 W5 L9 ?. p- t•        Identification and replication of software defects  3 p  \& U4 U) `9 V* q; s
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
. b/ n; O( m3 O6 w: \# O4 Q•        Managing customer expectations 0 Y/ W! [4 l! r4 H. x8 I& ^7 [. U
•        Documentation of technical procedures
1 U$ b0 t5 ?! V" Q•        Trouble shooting client network issues , _: x2 [* o: \) u1 N; L
•        Optimizing system configurations  
8 L4 D: Y" X# o- m0 d•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 0 V; K5 W% e5 S* W
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Site services worldwide

•        Customer service skills
$ @' Y, \  R* z% Q•        Technical writing skills
) g# T2 H6 M7 A6 h•        C++ development skills
8 I8 x, Y; Y1 \1 ]) [•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 3 N% E! N, u  T, V; _7 e! Y& c+ Z
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
