• Identification and replication of software defects
) R8 J. l6 L! f, R) Q# E* ^• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 5 j/ O8 B7 j, Q/ j! l3 P

• System training

• Customer service skills
