•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 l/ x# Z3 h$ q4 B' c' I5 v6 S
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
: v3 q" p+ D' r•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
8 V  Y) \- f% X9 k( i+ b) \8 b•        Managing customer expectations ( l% w2 ~' t/ {7 i/ _" Y8 n7 V
•        Documentation of technical procedures
) C/ Y$ V3 q7 I8 S5 D5 W•        Trouble shooting client network issues

Skills and Knowledge Required. L9 L* y9 L$ E' |5 |: {+ o# w
•        Customer service skills

•        Network trouble shooting skills
