Position Responsibilities:
1 {% u; X! a, i Z* t* V• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control, T+ f1 r+ S) J( Q$ N8 X% W% Y
• Identification and replication of software defects $ g) e1 E/ Q3 x% X; l
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
7 H) d7 A% _* ]8 i• Managing customer expectations 7 H- g/ P3 u! t( d
• Documentation of technical procedures
8 e u) y1 h: r1 S6 I4 M. t• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
