Position Responsibilities:
# A  q' ^# n* S( ^9 }  @•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 H' ^( _1 D9 ~4 f2 c  d& K•        Identification and replication of software defects  # H6 ^, L( F9 J
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  5 f- \$ G! e* R9 a! T: b4 Y
•        Managing customer expectations 6 b% {7 p  _3 ~& V# j" @! R6 m$ @
•        Documentation of technical procedures ' P% ~% v- ~$ k! S5 F, Q; I0 `
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
5 Q5 M' q0 W9 B- B- U. Q•        Optimizing system configurations  
: Y- X9 j5 V- @. ^% d•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
' R. Z/ f1 _5 U8 y•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required
* l2 M! R3 U, M: B- ?•        Customer service skills
1 b3 F4 }4 G0 d0 ?+ A•        Technical writing skills   n& t: M; w) X3 g% v$ b% |
•        C++ development skills
9 K( R: X# |+ m7 q•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
9 ~. W( N0 U- [# y•        Network trouble shooting skills
0 `: e; ?) w$ W7 @•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
) U) C+ I8 b0 x1 {•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
# T% Z2 B. g5 p( L7 J•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) 2 R! c  k5 J* c5 p

Experience and Education) U5 \  V+ H8 r5 R! W3 X3 L! k  |
•        Technical degree or diploma 3 Z' K. B: a1 Q( j/ u/ s! a: r$ F! x
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
