Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
) I+ y( j4 ]  k( z( s, m•        Trouble shooting client network issues
9 z: I' m# P& h/ U" c9 u) O•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
! ?" [! n; A0 T1 Y•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
, L0 [* m) b- k& T" m1 N•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

/ }* u6 h; ^7 _; n- ?•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education

/ o6 S- k3 L( l& B•        2 years experience in a technical support role
