• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control% e, d' f" J/ g6 c5 x, `
• Identification and replication of software defects % K/ ^1 x# M* j5 }( [6 U4 x
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 8 |7 o( f2 b% X4 a
• Managing customer expectations 4 N. y, c, V# ?7 P, }7 {, v2 M
• Documentation of technical procedures
/ t' `! i( \+ Q/ Z/ y• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Experience and Education
