8 ~  F* B  |) j$ i•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
: j8 G* X/ H* W0 }  P5 e3 ]•        Identification and replication of software defects  
: q) U1 m- ?1 H$ `: D9 B+ \•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
8 r8 k5 n, Q: P•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
/ [' D, s+ [' r1 `8 O% l•        Trouble shooting client network issues
& |! [  n! Q4 d* a" m% S/ Z/ y. m•        Optimizing system configurations  
# `: e5 `5 }  x( f3 I4 N•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
1 m+ z% A5 c/ l! d6 K1 I: _. M•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills
