; D6 ]9 a5 r, D A3 f• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control% J# l4 b) h/ l7 k& V( d
• Identification and replication of software defects
1 h6 D8 V. D; i( J• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 7 \% T& ^5 x7 K4 v: g5 T8 T
• Managing customer expectations 4 q4 X+ K' L1 N
• Documentation of technical procedures 5 r I$ R6 z! K% Q! J/ x
• Trouble shooting client network issues n9 d6 F7 p0 _9 g1 S8 O4 k
• Optimizing system configurations ; V5 M9 v% N7 Z" G' d7 k
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ( M; \7 p4 W2 \9 Z( W1 G
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ' n- X, b/ J! j5 L7 v4 d

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
