Position Responsibilities:+ @ v1 H& d+ x7 o6 \0 T
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control6 C5 H9 S' e$ Y# u! H- m' J* G a4 h" T
• Identification and replication of software defects
6 ^2 @( l4 k) K" E4 r• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients e2 B5 e G9 q4 D3 T- L
• Managing customer expectations
$ O1 Z' ^8 Y6 M7 A• Documentation of technical procedures
7 C+ e3 v8 K$ W# w; j7 \9 ?# G O• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
