• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
+ L; @2 B+ a' w4 `- H) v+ s) g( c• Identification and replication of software defects " S- @: Z m- q7 D
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 6 L, y. H8 X( | G' H; Y1 ?+ z% g- A
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues
