我是新移民，刚来不久不太清楚这里高中学习。

we do have final testing at the end of each year, every university has different standards for courses, there are also many different types of programs in different schools, there is the IBMYP The international Baccalaureate program, the Advance placement and acedemic challenge is some school. most universities in canada in my view takes the average mark of each year in high school. 原来楼上是shep的啊。。其实就是拿着平时成绩和最后考试的成绩一平均就好啦。这就是一个好处，中国的什么历史地理政治全都变成一个social了。其他的课都有。。。

科学啊，高一不分物生化，就是science一门课，但是学的东西还是以物理生物化学分滴。高二就分开了，分三门，高考得学两门。。。
