This condition can cause structural and/or water infiltration problems. Excessive soil/water pressures can actually cause lateral movement of the foundation, a potentially serious concern. Deficiencies must be corrected and suitable drainage conditions must be maintained in order to prevent problems.$ v H* G' Z6 V' R0 r0 Z* I2 Z
