北方一些政府的补贴

  我住在Grande prairie(大草原)，应该算是北方了   但我们的住处是由老板提供，报税的时候该不该填上住在北方 ？ 好像是有一些政府的补贴，如果报了 会不会与老板报的税发生冲突？
