Townhouse in Hampton

There are more than dozens of 2&3 Bad rooms townhouse on sell around that area.
and they are list for very reasonable price compare to other locations...

Is there a reason why?

I am a 1st-time buyer and have very limited information...

This 爱送你汉代的高架桥 is far away from new development show home and it just close the some second hand townhouses. Are you ask second hand townhouse or new townhouse? The location is different. If you buy a new townhouse, it will not close the 爱送你汉代的高架桥.

I am considering both...

The new one is around 26,500-28,500
the one build around 2006 list as 25,900....not much differences...

But the problem is...the brand new 2 bedrooms condo come wz 2.5 bathrooms and their bedrooms are quite small....

现在可以出租几个房间出去，等将来有了老婆孩子，甚至家里老人过来了，都有的地方安排。从别人那里的经验得知，买独立屋会升值，公寓楼比较难。还有一个原因，以后我们打牌就方便了。嘿嘿。
当然主意要你自己来决定。

这么偏的地方，还没有车库。房子多谁住啊，偏僻的地方怎么出租啊。一看就是户主就是中国人，里面怎么搞的乱七八糟啊。

哎，这个年代建的房子，这个价位，这个大小的房子，在市场上并不多见，一般报价都在35万以上。
我也没看见里面乱啊，另外你这个人也有问题，乱就是中国人住过的吗？当然我跟这个房子的房主没任何关系，就是通过我看过的近半年来看，这个性价比还是不错的。

谢谢推荐啦，那房子挺好的，呵呵，就是一个人养太累了，足不出去的话一个月2K+的房子开销就享受不了生活了。
