After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

% k/ m8 Q0 P# }$ o% H' oWe isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.

Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same., T* D: j" `& i" I
$ K3 r S/ X# V1 M7 q, GThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
, C/ x8 ?# m" y* VThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.) m+ a+ t3 y2 Q) w' z& H! L
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. # y h8 V$ }& W1 M& f

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. ! D2 _4 b2 X7 A* m; G
