After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 5 x8 G* g/ z1 b5 j) a9 J* W

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.

Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same." e: e5 ^% p2 S, O8 L. n0 O

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
, ]# f* f/ j8 QThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again." v: H% W1 `! Z2 M2 I2 A
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. 9 c) r( H. C+ Z0 _$ ~
