求助, 车子启动不了, 算不算power train warrenty

如题, 确定不是startor和电池的问题, 出了3年全保, 还没出powertrain的保险

In an other words, power train = Power from the motor and like a train what is it connected to.

Anything in the direct line connection motor to wheels. Motor, transmission, transfer case ,axles, and probably wheel assembly. It does not include starter, alternator, AC, power steering pump, belts hoses, brake pads and discs(wear and tear) or anything else not in line with the motor.
