A single detached 2-storeys double its size costs less than 2 times its price, so I would say it is comparatively overpriced.

If I remember correct, there is a fire code, there must be vertical clearance within 5 inch of each side of stove. this means, both side of the stove, there should be only counter tops that lower than the stove.
