Last week, the job of running basket tray, at the top of the building of 421 A at RHC site, had been done.
This job had three features:
% m% V: h% x& [6 ]# C6 P2 B- S1.  The main aluminum tray A and Sub tray B go straight and a bunch of Branch tray C go evenly in order to service the instruments./ trays纵向,横向伸沿以争取最大复盖终端设备.
/ W& T0 k; e) w9 V2.  Design simple and easy ways to reach the instruments by vertically using pipes, sleeves and trays. 用管,sleeve, tray ”垂直”连接终端设备,非常简洁.
) b  J& e9 I) d- l! ?/ H5 {3.  All the sections of branch trays have been connected directly with connectors without greed wires bonded. 所有的分支tray没有一根地线连结. 甚称一绝.
, h9 j) A$ G: D" d5 M7 cThis job was directed by foreman Geogre, two workers spent almost one month to complete. Totally fabricated more than 400 feet basket tray which service 192 instruments. Most cables were available. It is worth to look at. /这个工程由经验老道foreman Geogre指导,两人花费约一个月完成. 总共安装和修复超过400尺basket tray .复盖192个终端设备. cables大部分已到位

Note:
; ~& u/ N, \; @, ?: X5 j" a1.        If only one or two instruments which are lose, it is better to use a pipe.
8 Q( y5 [4 w7 r+ q+ t7 @2.        If there are more instruments (more than 5) which are lose, it is better to use a sleeve
/ v% d1 n: s7 d/ ?! T3.        If the instruments are lose to the grid floor B, it is better to use basket tray to go.

Some people read news every day, others don’t.
Some people get information from news, others don’t
% y& S, i# l. S" }+ f5 VThis new shows PCL is a good company, if you take a job at PCL from Union Hall, it is good for you.
This news also shows there are a lot Chinese working at PCL, Most of them do not need to concern about being lay off.

好像industrial 很少用管子吧，即使是一根电缆，你可以用3寸的tray， 多的可以用4或6寸（浅的）的，更多的可以用深的6寸的。

Please be aware :
1. In order to reach the instruments which are above the Grid Floor A ,see F1 above, cables coming from the Branch Tray C have to pass the Grid Floor A.
" q8 C* r8 R) i, |, J/ l* h* w8 L2. If using basket tray to conduct cables, you have to make a hole at the Grid Floor A by cutting a piece of stuff from the Grid Floor A. then the basket trays can go through the Grid Floor A.
, c8 ]9 m1 [1 E0 v% S3. IF using a pipe to conduct cables, because the size of the pip is one inch you can make a small hole at the Grid Floor A by a iron bar(撬棍)
4. While you finish one hole for the tray, you can finish 10 holes for the pipe with the same time.
, w' B/ i% ]) a' S& w5 X So to make job easy and fast I prefer to use more pipes.
As shown on F2, see the Ins A.  If x or y is >18 inches I cut a hole for the tray.
( c5 G) ]6 t5 b The distance of 18 inches is mandatory by SHELL.
! E& y1 X2 N9 U+ ]) IIn this case about 85% instruments above the Grid Floor A have been serviced by pipes.
