Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb ' R& \: w% n: l3 u, I2 k3 BThe gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then 2 [5 f g# Q0 J2 L( c) CThe gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume) 2 L6 \; v6 Q$ t) {After convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG ! A" L' b3 k. X& H# d0 r # e: S7 {. X3 _% b6 D' T7 JOfficial gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/29) w4 W* i; I+ R& q: J3 j
