是否可以提前办理fingerprint criminal check？

在RCMP的网站上看到了以下内容，要求办理fingerprint的criminal check时要填写受理你case的Agency名字，那是不是必须要等递上申请后移民局给你发信要求指纹鉴定时才可以去办理呢？还是说在准备材料的时候就可以去把指纹办了寄给RCMP（看到之前的帖子有人说事先办好以免拖延审查时间，如果可以提前办的话，那这个Agency的名字要怎么填呢）？我是CEC。
