-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
! c$ M- y" ^+ q- j7 _$ I: g, W" X-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
/ n7 e1 d0 I  T- C-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Summer Program Coordinator
  P3 P/ N' ]4 \/ B& L: f9 q" A-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

; u/ R/ O/ Q6 O4 g$ H; R5 _2 oQualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Physical Education and Recreation, Early Childhood Development, or equivalent of experience and education
, s' m$ C6 q4 [  y2 ~4 p! W/ h-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
% W6 B1 a7 s8 u* V3 N- L/ \% a-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
1 J9 \, [% h& Y" W/ N-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Must be a returning student to a post-secondary institute in Fall 2010
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
5 e; ~" y9 v. ~; h; w  b; M; L-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm (30 hours/week) in May and June (planning) and 8:30am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
7 ^6 M& `4 ~0 ?( k-        Employment term is May 25 to August 31, 2010

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
