Responsibilities:
7 [9 j, t( e5 P/ S0 _# K5 ?-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Summer Program Coordinator
-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

9 P* k2 I0 s$ TQualifications:
) S- ^2 C4 e; K-        Post secondary student in Education, Physical Education and Recreation, Early Childhood Development, or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
+ q. I6 L* E  w% B4 K$ k# O-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
( o8 o4 R& d  p+ h3 ?* Q2 o% z& i-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
0 q( R; ^" `+ T" y5 E-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
. I& @& w1 Y/ y4 s% `-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6 _: S/ d4 B4 W6 H' P$ a7 Y( p/ W-        Must be a returning student to a post-secondary institute in Fall 2010
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

2 Y6 U, ]+ L. E! V. u0 g+ E3 s2 a-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm (30 hours/week) in May and June (planning) and 8:30am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 25 to August 31, 2010
