-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
% Z4 r3 F& w6 n/ i, `- i) u: Q3 T( X' X-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
) |2 r8 q( B1 ^-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Summer Program Coordinator
( t! q$ @8 y* X' m+ b' ], e. ]-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

* k. d% l$ m8 W$ c: {0 }Qualifications:
( H2 A0 r8 ?8 V; h5 q! @& {# |-        Post secondary student in Education, Physical Education and Recreation, Early Childhood Development, or equivalent of experience and education
) ?" G% Y+ l) d9 F2 l  j-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
; S( H4 I) @# s1 X3 b( ~-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Must be a returning student to a post-secondary institute in Fall 2010
. i6 c: C6 X8 E8 F8 n-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

/ a$ g; ]3 g) M2 s& H+ k-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm (30 hours/week) in May and June (planning) and 8:30am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 25 to August 31, 2010
