Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

, c% b; Q  P& @. j6 e% {  cI printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
# D. b! Z' `! v5 l; {One local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
/ t6 w& v3 r9 @* C5 A' m' `. \# MAnother said:” maybe means shutdown.”
My foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
