What Makes Christmas Magical

During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

% W7 X8 R' A9 q: }- p3 G8 ~. iat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
: y* B+ ?2 ]" F( Z3 V; Z  Jto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of
  G8 K' Q) K! @/ M  `, Y$ t, ]5 Kmoderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a

be something like, 'Uh..no..bah humbug' all the time that some Christmas goodies

especially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more , B  i8 M& v' [# L, Z
relaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower. ! x- z- D1 T; c, l' [+ I/ ~; A, T4 [
?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
0 D4 _* m, K" f; [( r+ ]# O) Vsubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with + u; S9 C! {: i6 ?1 A
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
4 J3 J0 j+ `0 |$ Y3 qfrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to
/ a! m0 n, Z: t( ~; q0 a, c) c3 N) jtell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into
" @& w: I+ ]: g6 nplay. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will
5 J/ X5 f1 O. Lbe watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or 6 v( h/ ?5 _- g0 p( S
a cookie and a half by your desk and that way it will seem as if you are , W4 e% @4 V  X& }  g1 \

?Another strategy is to bring - bake or buy - low calorie Christmas cookies
3 r! E3 ^# H7 W/ c% M( j7 dand candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating
& W; L/ m6 v/ w& F6 r% nhealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down + y( N* H& G+ u# r4 A% ]* D& e
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate
' S3 W3 ]  C+ icandies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies.

should be carefully watched.

then do so, but then second helpings have to be severely limited. The same is
