eat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can

6 a5 o4 p9 G$ d  G& o7 d?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out
7 u' D; v( f5 X: r3 Tat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
- m- w8 U, L5 I3 c8 Vto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of
$ S4 ^4 \( N! [1 C3 Xmoderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a $ w" X8 k+ \4 w  \1 ^
Budget.'

be something like, 'Uh..no..bah humbug' all the time that some Christmas goodies
# T* _4 E  `$ c# dare offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays
' f$ T* F4 i' \6 q0 hespecially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more
3 G7 i! u1 X3 C/ f; e1 B! g1 l& Trelaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower. ! e( j8 I+ F" H' L- Y/ X
?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to $ l8 B- _2 z6 L2 S+ \0 w
substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with ) A$ [# H: D  @9 V3 r5 c
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie, ) s5 H$ R0 k4 ?. u
from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to " j& N1 f" ]6 q1 s4 e& J% e8 g
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into
2 B2 X; [( a, n! u  r, Zplay. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will # w+ \2 h+ [6 U4 U
be watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or 3 y! ~, {+ z5 N; M8 M6 c

?Another strategy is to bring - bake or buy - low calorie Christmas cookies

& k6 S7 _" I; m+ R& Xhealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down : N  P* E  T# f& [) D4 p* h5 f& b
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate ' N" W) ?: h9 q( y
candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies.

should be carefully watched.

somewhat true for Christmas Dinners. One big difference is that the food served
