What Makes Christmas Magical

During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

therefore doesn't produce the same feelings of guilt. Nevertheless, its not a 5 a5 ?# a2 l+ n  g7 U! t* J. `- c% z
pleasant thought to start the New Year carrying any extra pounds. So why then
% Y) B4 }8 [/ ~7 R  ]& \' x; G3 S0 F" P% D2 zeat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can + `/ t$ I4 ~2 \" \) `( y
smartly avoid it?
8 F$ ?+ l, ^+ v6 k0 @?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out ; _' c7 T5 y8 y" ^# K# g
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem ' C* r, P% \& k' X1 i4 q9 X
to be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of 9 o8 ]$ o0 [( ~- r: y
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a # Y. v0 z, b7 A
Budget.'

are offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays
! Z) ?7 I" q  C0 w2 t* Iespecially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more 9 T- N1 e1 x, u4 |  h4 }
relaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower. ( Q2 h- D- \. p" A! _! x7 W
?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
" N' T; C. ]4 p  ?0 @, usubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with 9 ~0 @% j; S' I- f) b
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
6 M8 q) b3 _# ~4 j6 h+ a0 Q5 @from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to
% s* f; R- Q/ {6 C. Itell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into $ a% M1 [  j% |4 ?  `$ V$ i4 p9 E

4 a  u& |! ~5 d) G# }3 ^9 M8 B: mupon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate

the selections can be sampled. If the urge to try everything can't be resisted,
