What Makes Christmas Magical

During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

pleasant thought to start the New Year carrying any extra pounds. So why then ; l( d/ u" X: o2 o3 D
eat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can

at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem ( @4 E, v9 e  i6 O7 u
to be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of $ S( [. P! S: y! G2 s; e
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a ; e/ i& A  S0 ]8 b* v8 Y
Budget.'

risk appearing like the Grinch who stole Christmas if your response will always

especially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more

?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
  W8 f. i) f  }6 Dsubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with 9 T! l- l2 `- _7 ]7 \$ p
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
  H8 M+ Q! _+ i( C' G& ~from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to ( ^( I. F  U- W# }2 a+ H
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into ) ]+ T: u; P; x
play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will
; O# }( _& w- _+ v" t& ibe watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or
; t& N7 j- X" ]! K. A. o1 x% xa cookie and a half by your desk and that way it will seem as if you are

8 R! [5 C+ L( o0 N/ Y7 {' jhealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down : v2 f1 S5 h% m, O  W" m% j
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate
+ m. ?3 f0 e. y6 {/ t6 Pcandies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies. 9 U. D' P, f( W4 f$ i- G2 M

should be carefully watched.
