?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out
1 Y7 e) C2 A' X2 {2 l& aat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
/ Y: ?1 N; Q1 L- {7 ~! u1 Ito be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of
% z1 s+ ^8 ]2 c! G1 w2 {4 smoderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a

especially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more
! z/ e* i3 Z5 B7 Frelaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower. # h: [4 j) L7 X% v/ A/ Q
?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to 0 Y% {' \- \% F, }, ^, v2 R* ]
substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with ( ?0 d2 x6 ]% C
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
# s- B* ?# V) X6 s, C! n+ |from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to
/ [5 R$ E$ y# }7 Y0 \tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into % A& z. a, v# G- C( `0 k
play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will 0 l* W* g9 ^& C0 Q. f3 R

' |4 ~1 |8 l1 Z8 w; Z* m5 Ghealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down * w4 K4 U" Q7 f
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate 2 C' B; h, {  s, E) B4 Z
candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies. 2 Y! p" ]1 G8 X2 i( s) U8 c
It's interesting to note that in a poll sponsored by the National Confectioners 3 [4 ?2 X$ {0 k! l6 l

Dinner, where larger quantities and selection of food is available, the 'Eating

somewhat true for Christmas Dinners. One big difference is that the food served

can always say truthfully that the stomach is full.
