therefore doesn't produce the same feelings of guilt. Nevertheless, its not a

?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out + u6 s! E& @. n$ z9 {/ v5 s
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem 8 m# |; O1 o) g2 |3 m( u2 H
to be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of 6 c1 [8 b/ O/ s' l, H
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a

?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
# u$ z5 Z" l3 w7 b3 Psubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
& C4 q2 W& Z# nbreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
6 \5 Y# i% k) o7 p- q% H( Y  s" xfrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to 2 f! S  Y% F/ K" a0 N2 w& G0 L
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into

and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating
8 W  N7 r2 o1 T2 T$ w. \healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down
! q$ z8 y% k5 E7 Lupon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate 7 O6 o, R. S$ F2 d5 k8 W
