Responsibilities 8 b$ w' \$ D. N* \
Ensures a high degree of consistency for work produced throughout the project by establishing and promoting internal standards and practices related to the development of project schedules. ; S% w2 s6 ~* h: P2 }5 y
+ U! u7 H1 @6 l3 V4 y
Works with external engineering consultants to establish clear expectations regarding their scheduling practices and conducts routine audits to ensure a high level of compliance with those expectations. * @( G) i. o6 ?# ~7 {$ [
9 r) h! E/ Z4 F) l5 UEstablishes and maintains a general definition of functional stakeholder input required on the development of all project schedules.
) I! u3 S8 e& ?" e1 A3 B5 Z Qualifications
7 Y7 ?4 Y1 L0 \ Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on projects directly related to the hydrocarbon pipeline or similar process industry.

5 B/ k1 x3 {4 ~ m4 q4 _Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software. ; _1 f( r' {: e# G, a" W
! a7 m- v' A% t
Ability to assess challenges to developing accurate and comprehensive project schedules and develop/implement appropriate strategies to resolve those challenges
. L* H1 F; }2 r+ x) e0 p, D1 S
: c& R. H/ j- L7 W+ o8 q5 y1 G; ZDemonstrated project management, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills
