Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

/ d' I$ J' W7 Q" S7 E8 K; I. L- |Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.

End Result :
Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate

9 O1 {* G: x5 q( V) CAchieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

4 m1 i& E' P' H3 ?8 ?; CManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,

Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

1 i% p- P: `/ l! O/ d& MEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

2 w7 t7 ]. G4 D6 FDeveloping and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

; i3 I/ |. L4 U& B2 qApplying design expertise with a goal towards continuous improvement.

Achieved through:

Providing electrical design expertise to projects,

Providing project managers and engineers with conceptual electrical design for projects of varying complexity,

Leading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects,

2 A1 @( D2 `, H* z" J$ D" F; M Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.

10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.

$ f2 o  `& `4 H. z/ D, [5+ years AutoCAD experience.

4 j3 S+ ~% D8 b& iRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.

+ u# \* U2 W4 B% ^9 pStrong multi-tasking ability with well developed planning, organizing, coordinating and leadership skills.
