举个例子：

The fair marker value是 $100.
" {  q6 `. V' H6 q3 [如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
! I; s8 ~1 u. n) x你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

! j7 Z+ T; p7 Q; y/ S, l这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
