1。用别的浏览器，比如firefox或者opera，不要用IE.* b0 F( a3 a) R( P

At the moment most users on the Shaw network using Internet Explorer % n3 d! q* U, V" J( X9 ^
are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to4 E/ D3 W6 s9 ~
Tools -> Internet Options8 t- q3 Z, I: z% ?4 P0 R& r) g4 U
Click the Connections Tab
" N% c3 b; t& ~% ]8 o( z5 VClick the the "Lan Settings" button% s* _6 H4 ~' ]3 u
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"

Click Ok
) h: R; ^+ w! Q( s$ y4 w* B7 \4 j8 _8 J$ i( F
The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
