解决办法有两个：

2。改一个IE的设置，见下:

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to/ d# z6 a. ]) ?
Tools -> Internet Options

Click the the "Lan Settings" button8 w: |+ i$ x. b; j- }+ X
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"# X' [. k( h4 C2 d
Click Ok5 B* T$ |3 J. x
Click Ok3 y) t- j' G9 o) _- G+ x4 v( c- v
W, k$ h4 Q/ d" ^The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
