The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to

$ }% T }8 \, ~7 t+ C+ bClick the Connections Tab
% I! H, `5 b, T) H% uClick the the "Lan Settings" button
, o( f+ C8 s# S# d# O$ U1 \Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"
