Recruit Participants

- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy. Y- w+ h {6 t A; G# A7 w
- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities* h. \( b* G& a7 ~7 E1 j( I
" ]( {, e0 W6 K& B1 t/ V: ^Organize Leadership Training Sessions- `( h D7 _. ^7 ~$ K
- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings

- submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder% F2 m9 T6 X0 e; _

Qualifications for this Position

- demonstrated leadership abilities with youth
