在房子四周加完土以后还要如何做？

目的是为了防水。 我家后院有坡。我刚在房子四周铺上了TOP SOIL，我是否需要在上面铺一层防草布，然后再加铺石头？ 石头上哪买？防草布的英文名是什么？杂哪可以买？
请知道的朋友帮忙指点，十分感谢。

石头一般路边就有，你要是住北边的话我可以告诉你具体的地方，一般卖石头的地方都有卖布的，省的你多跑。
