I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
) D! A# y7 N/ T* c(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
  s# N: o: E. }. r$ G3 I2 fSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
9 M5 U* q# ^% b! M. L* Q  L30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
) k0 m3 R' I, k/ p5 p- L0 ymonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
