I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
- D# L0 c, W6 ^8 V$ A(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

0 T" C: d) H1 J2 ~I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is

9 D8 @: |; O6 ?  c& }7 y; tbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
( J0 R9 T+ }/ `6 Tcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
