Albertans worried about the looming spike in natural gas prices could be in for another shock when electricity in Alberta is fully deregulated, says a consumer advocate. + X$ N. w( h) E

Jim Wachowich of the Consumers Coalition of Alberta says the province's plan to deregulate retail power - which was originally supposed to be completed next year - could impact almost every household.
