) @3 ?) s, I" g* X( AReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

1 \5 h% O8 I# u3 D, nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
" e4 H3 m% j# t3 c8 v( e        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
: U( f' q& l& y3 C        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
1 r( N) O. R5 E3 n        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
! K+ f( L( v  [, N1 a- P        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients
- t1 q  w, @1 X9 P% x% @
& H5 U6 t3 R5 @QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset

7 I* O& M; T3 ?) b2 z6 b) K•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
