SALES CLERKS

( T) s& f: F, f* q' FEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
1 k3 s+ d: ?: kthe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
$ M' Q9 J( x- A, Q  S& W• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
4 K! l0 L) a1 |  r7 J) ?+ v; u• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
3 o6 B; h7 F( f/ {, ostock
' v8 K8 C# q; m4 T$ N: l9 B1 [• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
8 ]" c( A% R9 E5 E8 v3 DStore Responsibilities
  R* J. }% m) ^, j: w• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
5 D# S/ y3 U+ u9 n. f5 {• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
1 M3 Y( ]/ {+ u! I& C• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
% ^- j7 t- {9 x9 S• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts

• Close the store (key holders)

: y% @' c) _& [: u6 c• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.

3 L( l# `0 O9 _2 ?• Good problem solving skills
6 A% j- i- s2 R: Y$ K7 k, o• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

• Fast paced environment

Physical Requirements
6 l5 h% o/ ^5 I, M/ X& |8 g( |3 q• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
" L5 S  G2 d# _9 A0 h+ d( ~• Standing for extended periods of time
6 e5 V3 c& _+ u( l7 {' S" `• Comfortable climbing ladders
