- Degree/diploma/certificate in the sciences; chemistry/biology
% Z% a' [) r) i( A; ]5 for other science background essential for Analyst positions,
3 ]; d' Y1 [% l7 ban asset for other positions
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
- Possess good computer skills & a strong work ethic

- Capable of multi-tasking and completing routine tasks on a

DESCRIPTION:

7 y! O( X7 [3 i5 h- v7 `! pReceives and prepares samples for labs (includes: dividing & transferring samples to appropriate containers, storing samples, entering jobs into system, dumping old samples)
Responds to some customer enquiries, requests & complaints (bottle orders, sample prep procedures and turn around time)
" o& g1 M7 ?3 y2 j/ W! `. w- _Confers sample status & lab capacity with analysts
Assist with invoicing and reporting of client data
+ S; ]# Y. x- J" ~: J  x, L1 Z, lDefines customer requirements per transaction
- x) O! ?) k- [9 ?* a% O* _

% q* ^; o9 O' [6 l9 Q( }QUALIFICATIONS:

( T3 E/ g! I( x- l( HHigh School Diploma, or B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in relevant sciences would be an asset
Previous laboratory experience an asset
Able to deal positively with customer concerns
. v# w! ^; O+ R) ]Excellent communication and organizational skills
eneral understanding of the environmental industry
strong multi-tasking capability and comfortable with routine work
) e% ^) _: L- t- z2 F+ Z9 c* aCompetent computer skills

Able to act professionally while working in a fast paced & changing environment
