In addition to our strict internal Purity and Safety Ingredient Policy, Arbonne abides by the global rules and regulations set by Health Canada, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme (NICNAS), the Personal Care Products Council (formerly the CTFA), the Cosmetics Internal Review (CIR) and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and by the two highest standards of cosmetic safety: The European Union Cosmetics Directive and the European chemicals agency known as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). We also embrace the European Commissions Scientific Committee on cosmetic and non-food products (SCCNFP), which conducts safety evaluation on cosmetic ingredients. In addition, all our fragrances are formulated in accordance to the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards.

Natural Health products and non-prescription drugs are regulated in Canada by Health Canada under the Food and Drug Act.
