Shouldn't be any difference, but the trend will change things; a while ago, bungalow were most sought after, but for the recent years, people go for 2 storeys since lots are smaller and the builders have found a way to boost the sq footages on small lots hence making the 性價比 look better; bi-levels were, just like bungalows, once very popular. If you are looking for a home, not an investment, go for what you prefer because you have to live with it, at least a few years.$ w* Q2 H2 C$ G" o- U$ [& @6 E
2. IMO, blackmud creek is the best of 3, but for now, traffic on 111 st is one thing not preferred.
