1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

6 \5 M1 M4 R$ u1 v; M- U8 f$ T' [ 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
( o T1 B: O# y* _ You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
$ Z( i* D0 o$ h/ v% N on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 2 n' ~9 ~/ q" N+ M0 S7 n
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your; }- A- B" o0 v4 B/ M7 I
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).

due when you make your reservation.
. @+ ?5 n! s! v3 R0 Z1 q: N4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
' d( @5 _. r2 [ national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
" W, g, K9 C# x6 @ arrival at the park.
% K5 D* s) {, u" F# y6 {$ x5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of+ n! I! c- }# ]8 C( V8 k( E
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
( ]0 F- D% c* s% |5 k a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
) C B4 q. Y. K a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
4 G: w1 d8 ]+ s/ w t4 r' _0 I# g7 p campsite; and the service type. 0 e: d- g z, y9 Q
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
0 ~- a4 p& c& d* L- G confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.3 @% T3 T7 P) `/ e6 g% `
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the0 m3 _3 e; _* D) u
change or cancellation.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of* H% f3 P2 a1 k/ `; _
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at! g/ M1 `: L# Z7 E
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your& t p* h2 r3 V" D

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

Changes and cancellations before check-in

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)
" J: C- H; M! D4 u7 e on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
8 Y/ ` w" l; x8 G( o) C the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online2 b8 ?, @% H- w8 d1 R( _
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
. Q: a( v5 V3 S+ I* b12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
0 Z3 ?" ?. q( h4 l/ y will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you0 s: O+ H, u# s1 _9 G
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
. A- D' @+ C& W& `2 l1 ? - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
7 E0 G* k$ v1 T I6 l% D( D' G you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your# L6 a# ?; o4 m$ n
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
% v. C: X. h @' P you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction./ w `, ]2 I1 \* a4 o* K3 A0 q
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before, C: L" t. o# ?1 d3 T3 P$ e- M U/ w
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a5 I+ ?$ T" `, l% D
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

# q" J% Y# U G( B j H1 ~- f; ` guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change% D# L# P, i4 o2 U- K
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the- K# ]' M4 p$ r: F# z# x+ Z8 r
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
: k$ Y* B9 a5 J( g change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
9 h& g4 n" [) I: r14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving9 J# y: N9 [3 `8 c7 r
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
# H2 E1 {8 W9 I7 v prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee4 R9 B+ a' _% B; M
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact& {4 I. H' I( b# Z
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,0 l: y3 W- u* T: V
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
, C9 y6 I, N- i7 Z- y- e& z+ ]16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:: C3 D0 Q; o" b# {. T1 z1 z4 N
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your. k6 L# b0 I% S4 F7 F
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."$ v1 Z9 T9 K* d+ g
- [+ V1 u# \# t' c2 D5 d! m! B When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
