I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
•        Processing payroll
•        Preparing reports
, x" b" s$ J( c•        Benefits deductions and administration
; B3 n9 I; z' f2 D7 u# h. R•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll

To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
! r! m+ h% c) ?1 x  E6 l•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
! \# `# x$ ?0 @7 x3 y. n•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
$ }) m# B8 C9 H. Y9 x9 C1 K& d•        PCP certification is an asset
5 R9 t% a1 X, G, c•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
