请问申请UA的COMMERCE要多长时间才可以拿OFFER呢

我已被UA的ARTS录取，但是个条件录取就是要在读语言，现在签证受阻。索性不如再考TOEFL，就是不知道10月托福来的及否。。。请指点迷津

I suggest that DO NOT enroll in Bridging Program that you said you learn English 140and 145 and two courses maxium each term.

Give up this offer you said and work hard on your TOEFL test . Try to apply winter term before Nov.15.

Rememer if you renew your student permit next time, they ask last two terms grade, if you study winter term and spring term , it will be fine for renew study permit. I think this offer of art only can extend your study permit until next August.

If you want to renew for longer for now, you can get offer from Nait because it will give you two years or more. When you are accepted by U of A in winter time, then you can use new offer and change your study permit.
