小心租房！！！

' ?+ u- y5 J2 J% {1 T; ]6 A3 }8763 96AVE 一套老房（CONDO）出租给一对姓林夫妇，月租金是$900一月，三室一厅。 他们租主卧，然后将其他俩室向外招租。其中一楼小房租金$370/月，二楼客房则$430/月。然后这对夫妇自己将自己最大的主卧室分为$100/月！

这种不公平的租房行为，请各位朋友特别是学生小心！！！！！

我觉得没什么了不起的，因为租不出去的风险，或收不到房租的风险同样是他们承担的。如果你觉得合适，你同样可以做这样的生意。

LZ莫名其妙.  觉得合适就租, 不合适就走开. 管他们的成本干什么? 他们请你做他们的FINANCIAL ADVISOR 了吗?
如果他们是一房东, 你是不是还要算算当年房子的购入价, 扣除每年维护费, 乘以每年每年通涨率 等等.

I understand where your point coming from. And I know a lots people doing this to take advantages of someone who's new to canada or poor students. If people would like to accept this kind of deal I have no comment. I just don't want more and more people become victims. Especially Chinese.  
And I will not be doing this since it's illegal according to rental agreement.

; Z' O8 L$ F5 S  P" s( t再问你一个问题，20多年前的edmonton，估计一个one bedroom也就是3，4万吧，按你的理论只要你租房都是房东的victims.
搞不懂你的思路，鸡同鸭讲的感觉。
