Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields ( N' J- G6 O) z2 J) i$ Q) H# r% ]. p
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 4 u* Q5 q, S# f: F Z* x: RExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants + E- K _, f' ^( f8 \ aExcellent communication and negotiation skills ; x0 m V3 n5 s W* c
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 5 `$ Q% v' c" z$ m. d# g F. q
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market+ K1 H# `$ I$ _9 q% b' E
