Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
1 X  k) D% f2 \0 mPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
$ i  u4 h. C) ZAdult education background
9 W8 U  z5 ~' _) L' y' OExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
- @+ I0 g  J; a1 u5 ?Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
: p; Z6 x3 h0 K: p6 ^  uUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
