Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
7 d; ^& J' q% A; RExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
' }) ]0 K7 S) ~" lExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
7 H, [, Z9 v" I1 ]0 oComputer proficiency
% C; h. b4 I4 I9 M8 Q( FStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
