Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
0 D/ K2 D  _9 j8 z- j1 J* VPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
. c: ?4 ^3 E( a- F% T4 JAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
- |" C# K: p- @5 p0 f8 |  s! sExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
& h/ I6 f# X. {Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
# \( b; \) F* X# rStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
( a/ p0 F6 l+ QDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
