Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
/ g6 ~) D  t  ~' A5 p: bAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
. ^( e6 R! ~9 o5 L( EExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
7 H) E+ q/ F# y% i1 [Computer proficiency
$ u( g: l- o" |7 n  B9 KStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
% h* ^* h$ p, A7 p. q) oDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
