Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
; U9 Q6 ~6 ~/ ?  UPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
" W7 d) ?2 K7 ^: R$ L  _Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
8 P/ E5 J  z& B% H% s3 ~Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
5 P7 _# u5 z0 tUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
0 r8 `) }4 W; YPossess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
