Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

3 R3 B! R6 O$ HExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
6 s- Q) g0 Q. _7 a4 v( V$ iAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
3 e/ g- t- S  C) p% gExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
. d1 ^$ N, a/ y8 ~: Y$ o' gComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
2 o$ l) k2 U2 w: j3 PUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
. Z: R! N7 w- U1 F8 \7 X3 T' LDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
