, I, U! c5 M- {6 f' `4 Y& \- O, AAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
2 x3 c2 E% c, tExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
' U" A! d1 z5 p: c9 G+ d6 V: e) hComputer proficiency
7 t* T: X; f: O) AStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
1 G: F6 u0 X" q" X8 j/ ^% @Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
( A: c  i, w  D7 D" eDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
