Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services

: `/ [# ]6 [9 o1 y. LExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities

' _. H1 i, D2 q- M+ yStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

% N" `& P, x" r  c1 D# h. QDisplay positive self-concept
