Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background

+ V- Y& [. ~4 V1 wAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
2 {9 h5 x+ Y+ UExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
+ F5 H+ d% }. B$ ~& {: lExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
4 k0 `+ x9 @0 Z2 O( bStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  [: M+ Q' u* `- n, k' D7 lUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
