Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
% K3 [8 y3 R$ p; YPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
# w. @7 W1 e" l; E# {6 [; K5 BAdult education background
/ |( }, t  N( J$ W. D8 c& bExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
6 m  M1 O/ `$ i( Z  kAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
, a% N) V& i# B3 yStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
- h9 v% g+ M# ]/ a+ dDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
& L# d4 D/ y& t" c% R/ L2 h" HPossess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
