Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
" x# S3 n: ^) ~! O8 ~; t" mPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
7 }6 M0 l  \" b' r- X* x' Y) GAdult education background
  H! ~/ s* I4 d: QExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
8 J4 I! ~2 }; ~5 E- aStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- ~* c  ^, _* X$ n9 @Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

Professional appearance and presentation
