Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
8 x* p5 h: m1 k3 i  F8 NPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
( T) k, B3 a7 h) \, \& b: N7 n$ zExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
! G" V0 P  e% j/ _5 |1 }# tStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
7 W, g8 A8 N9 q" aDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
