Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus 9 a* r7 e5 [; P' a5 S
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities 5 N" p" t# @. b$ S$ D
Computer proficiency
( d$ C' y- B# L0 lStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
/ Q, J& r" E; YUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories 1 z5 o' H6 \& s }1 O$ o" Y
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
