Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
+ b, j3 B8 ~3 C5 _5 M2 ~Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
+ g5 f! C# T' E$ y3 ZAdult education background
2 V0 T' y3 a0 F/ [9 V+ CExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
0 U$ }! j5 ~7 SStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
' P" B8 |$ F; g* J  JDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
$ \) H' t% E9 G2 A3 pDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
