Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities 1 R- ?# O4 d$ D, g
Computer proficiency 4 N, {! r: x/ s$ D: k. O
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills 0 L6 ^4 j6 m4 U3 s4 o4 c. x
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories ' J) {* k$ p+ K* A0 l% i" h
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
