Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:

; G, u7 U8 j9 M# q$ N* ?6 w* X3 iExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
) ?2 |  ?0 b" H" i5 f; k2 bAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
, @% b3 g! s+ J. }4 c# B  RExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
" J) i  m0 Z* d/ PComputer proficiency
. w+ J) G! a! c3 a' RStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
9 g1 t+ }1 ~) n/ ]4 y. ?' [Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
/ @$ \8 I& q( h- x# b2 p, B9 m- D  A& BDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
