Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
3 F6 B9 P# [4 y. tPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
6 b  g. m# ^$ c/ D0 cAdult education background
* r; u" a# Y' gExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
4 a. H4 ~. k! {0 k$ v, K. h9 {0 wExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
) \! z+ h0 U! S1 \  y# k" P  sStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
7 a& L+ D0 U% i4 D7 ^3 p  g  ZDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
