Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
, }* l+ G7 i8 f6 k1 t: iPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
) S( H( {5 w3 Y3 jAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
6 I4 R- `+ k* f) g. K8 zAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
+ A6 }: c$ A( m$ M: O/ N  w7 ?Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
