Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
& T5 I0 S  \% b0 u) I1 CExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
6 N$ a# t/ w! O: w) E0 H$ gStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

) C7 d1 }7 x, L( w+ rPossess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
