Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
5 a& U, ^& o! ^$ j1 C% Z5 `$ APost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
8 a2 `5 r+ q1 C5 c" c8 cAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
4 L" _% w3 \& }  h& {, V$ ~Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
8 l6 F1 x1 q) _: Z+ @% HComputer proficiency
* ~( t3 w3 i3 w0 G7 RStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
0 L$ K5 {% R2 o8 s7 D9 J0 GUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept

Professional appearance and presentation
