Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
- `5 ^& o- ^% E6 V4 HPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
& b$ q3 ~2 ]9 N8 Z. }  f3 BAdult education background
4 L5 Q) ^* `( U0 W/ Y, jExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
/ v7 _& P' Z" _7 \1 q9 T$ q$ }Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
9 S5 C% A/ W8 V+ ]" F: C2 H0 w9 iExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
6 X/ ]( @# G; Q6 R4 uComputer proficiency
/ J( l* f+ L' ^/ bStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
1 s* ]: H# h1 Q4 f0 _Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
