Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

" I0 I" \! ?% _/ x- ZExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
3 I. o" n! `6 }; i  TAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
5 {8 J! U+ l7 B+ L# u& [Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
  {, A/ `/ c# rExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
# o5 v7 o8 l0 m  Q3 n7 [! _6 r1 f: LStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
+ K8 r  j( W; x6 o4 @4 FUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
