  `* Z" n3 y. I6 Q* }Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
4 ~2 M/ P5 b0 `: u& e* i6 YExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
4 o9 p- I3 x( H; U& \* gComputer proficiency
7 m$ N! Y, z9 S, aStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
0 @2 R: [& `6 z4 |( \9 tUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
