Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
  m+ ~2 y9 }1 g9 _Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
8 M9 ?1 B3 x# g0 a1 ~Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
4 b7 @9 Y& ^7 h; f9 |Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
6 t7 z' A1 o* a- N  l8 h+ w5 [4 xExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
' f; `3 s3 d2 ]" X( i% ]2 KComputer proficiency
3 l' X) j7 V* {) d- u" C! \Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
! ]  f4 v0 `* }1 |2 V% q+ H( A0 RUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
