Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
+ \+ r% J" g$ D- Q# LAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
$ d8 `, z: B3 a/ j+ `Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
! P+ R  ~4 g; B6 f: PComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
, B6 }3 a' b( ^. Y3 |  mUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
' W$ l5 u, r! ~Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
