Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
; S8 b. l. I6 M- x/ tExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities ( B% F# u! F" s. L) R! c. n$ P' X6 {( M
Computer proficiency

Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories $ E! p% R1 k+ w3 f; Q- g. V' X
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
