Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
2 X" G- x  t. F7 y4 b0 GAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
0 A: X( K. l, B" G: g- EExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
: E) {; g* B/ T9 @& F/ b7 ~Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
