Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
. `# v" U$ M% K" K/ S+ MPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
" S. `8 k# d% MAdult education background
8 M; ]. Z" |" R% a0 _1 M9 BExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
9 j& f6 B: q8 GExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
% S' L1 k+ X' E  ]Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
1 t" Q+ g. O& E5 sDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
