Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
% l6 j' t1 ^) c. h  M5 s9 Z1 }Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
. J4 h' b" D. [: eExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
- F! ]# [. A0 J7 q' f+ @Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
' Y/ ^/ |( f% UComputer proficiency
8 D0 }7 `: d0 r& f4 J3 u# Z% EStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
0 z- X- m# k$ Y- G/ ?Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
# Q$ n. R; A9 l0 B: t3 w9 h. rDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
