Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
( g- m- E% Q/ t$ bAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
; F* V6 S  H8 b. }1 ^6 t. B$ I/ oAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
( F+ T/ \; K8 y3 E; Y. V4 yExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
# U0 Y4 I0 p) e0 d/ s2 f2 RUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
