Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
; `' o6 i) @  C6 a; h, o) |* c5 vAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
5 _. v) t7 k, A/ D, A& FExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
2 S! g- X1 k9 F: w! L8 O! n* b- V8 ?( VExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
! G# G9 y6 f# w8 mComputer proficiency
) W( K4 K* Z- T5 p/ ^; @/ DStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
3 N, b: p$ d$ A2 v- I/ e! uUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
