Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

) f8 E4 s7 A9 p, w! kExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
* x7 |4 i8 a* t' @0 ~0 n  Q( pExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
; @8 ^1 N$ l% ]$ A6 }  f9 ^. LExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
8 |7 M2 S2 ~! |0 q: `Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
9 T5 _) b& ?! K; z- gUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
