Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
' D! |) l7 b+ z( V- @/ c7 ~Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
  c4 p$ r7 q! n  C* V8 E% eExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
% I- F9 Y2 y, j5 v. S2 s( a% w( bComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
1 r! z6 `- D0 G" W8 t: {Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
