Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

* j+ f4 v; C% ?3 E" M3 L8 eExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
! l1 n' g1 X4 C  ~Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
8 _' z5 Q( m. q& W2 |- F; S! |Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
% k  ]3 G: s4 w3 q& ~7 ^Computer proficiency
; h5 T# ?" Y! I, m  m% U; B0 A) T$ sStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
/ r7 R4 t* o' d( E9 [Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
