Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
# R9 t$ B/ i& [Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
5 t0 M' S. q3 [! GComputer proficiency
& g4 I- ?: A+ `/ F! T# rStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
3 e( E$ j. m, T' v. aUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
  u- u# E2 l/ h' BDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
