Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
9 f$ K. I" x# P0 K1 cExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
' q- v4 v! y. K$ N. o- v  _Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
; ^  n7 G5 @5 d8 _9 z: pExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
; F- i! Y; n: |+ Z6 U5 k+ }" l5 X, zExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
, k. u+ Y3 H. n' iComputer proficiency
2 P3 q0 f. v9 X, YStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
' U& y' }  y, X1 KUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
