Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus % g& ]' o/ S! q/ o) Z
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities 8 X; d# s5 P* j% z' ^
Computer proficiency 4 l7 j7 ^ J& L! \( ]/ g
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
3 s% {* n- G. F& m: tUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
