Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
; \% a; Z1 p; {# KPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
, d0 r5 R+ U) {3 e- u% B% \( eAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
4 C5 e5 r* p- {3 Q9 L, LStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
; g* k3 z) }! PUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
0 }8 y6 Q  N. M! c2 {" w2 D0 ]7 e* j) eDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
