Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
/ M+ `( ~) P* \, Y% ~+ H8 s, i) m% f( XPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
) U0 z9 \6 G' |) p! NAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
. v' e. K6 w, c: o) t3 QExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
3 O, ?0 u- r( Q' W6 x0 f4 u* d* yUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
+ Z, o, E& K  l+ g8 CDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
