Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
; D, i; ~3 J! H6 f: {) O, `8 I7 LAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
) i  |2 w% O$ ^; U% N. [0 S" gExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
& T2 E. t% D$ @! _& VExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
8 a/ Z( V# _2 z- V! H7 MStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
* @: ~. B9 f( f9 Q8 e" wUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
! Q+ J' }7 p3 F' R8 h' M4 v4 NDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
