Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
$ u$ M) _( g3 yPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
3 D+ W6 _2 X. f/ \, e: Z$ iAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
, {/ h: Q2 O+ a7 z/ fAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
: V3 D3 C5 z9 dExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
/ x2 {) N  n; t% i4 Y6 jExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
. ]$ X3 l/ S$ h' P8 I& W( {Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
  m( [7 K0 {+ Q: J1 _2 EDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
