Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
% a& K  \4 Y$ }9 F5 xExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
/ P. t/ b  Q/ n' ]' z/ ^Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
8 x; ]* A; s( X& q1 n9 f% y+ rComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
) i2 H! ?+ ]5 o8 Z  KUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
