Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
' l% u; I7 H" @; w5 mExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
. A7 R' z+ y0 v& r+ z) B8 J" FComputer proficiency
: R( W+ y6 R& b/ J% Y  |8 XStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
4 u7 Y" \( p3 u/ d) rDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
9 N* C; u6 h' S% b3 T" p* \Display positive self-concept
