I think you jump the gun too quickly. For me, I don't like PetroCan and never fill up there.

Actually, for $199.99 you can buy a decoder to pin-point the problem youself (not fix but pin-point). The mechanic that charged you $170 should have at least tell you what was wrong or simply say "I don't know". Did he reset the the engine light?

Do you know Toyota and some Ford, if the gasoline tank cap is loosen, yellow light will come on. It might even stall due to no pressure sensed from the charcoal canister. |
