Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
9 x1 ^4 S9 u. t& s8 Yment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
9 S5 l& X7 o* t/ F' \the organization;
9 {7 w# n( w: KŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
5 |; V) M4 ^/ y( bŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
5 {& P4 m1 \5 \9 zŸ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
* Z" s3 D6 I8 }( T! Meducation and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
1 F6 }) J6 i# }Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
! @7 |- O, J7 E" a; tverbal and written.
3 d% ?' L+ u9 ULac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
