Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
$ W: b, r& K4 i& n1 i& dManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
& F) i* y  B3 u. B; v5 Yment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
3 K: C# N" U( OŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
/ T: J9 e7 M$ Z5 ?( \$ cŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
+ X6 [9 ?- t( XŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.

Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
8 l: I( W* e8 k9 k9 b) o( R' ^3 s& B, veducation and experience;
: ]" R# e: r2 u7 Y; f+ ~8 _7 f4 ]Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
6 e$ f# z& J0 U& K6 J3 o1 QŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
