ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.

Ÿ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into 8 o" b6 E0 j3 c1 W* e! U

Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
. G) U5 K4 K! [0 W' eŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical 4 N0 V; i: y3 }) h
support;5 w+ N+ J. W% @5 g, y% J1 E
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
0 `- Q, N% `: Q9 u7 ~implementing staff wellness programs;) `+ d6 N7 \9 `+ ^0 | G/ w1 C
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
7 |: A5 m5 ~. P; jŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;5 j% c2 M r& g
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;, ]$ Q( v9 f8 {- Z4 Z
Ÿ Other duties as required.

7 Z& I& ?8 s$ O6 l% |Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
1 @" b# b8 Q# q# keducation and experience;
. z3 O* Z% k1 P) uŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;, \2 N& A% O; h) R h1 v
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;# l( P: H5 e5 e
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both - b, _( U$ E$ |) Z+ Z
verbal and written.# M6 S. W' F0 t2 m
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range
" f; F: n0 y% X) X0 E2 Q$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. 5 b9 G9 a8 _' G1 |
