关于p.Eng, 的问题请教

我申请了p.Eng, 得到的答复是：
满足以下两个条件即可注册
1。 考NPPE, 这个人人都考。
  ^0 G& [: `7 |0 ~2。英文能力证明。考托福，或者写一篇Essay证明我的英文足够。
想问一下，有没有人写过类似的东西。要写什么？

I had TOEFL and GRE score, which expired 6 years ago. However, I still sent them the copy.
Also I wrote several simple sentenses to prove my English. It has to be hand writting! I explained I learned English many years and took degree here in Canada. You only need one page to show you are capable of using English. No worries.

Have a friend read it first to give you more confidence. Actually not hard at all.
