Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals

•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
& V& r, E3 K: R3 _) ]0 Z•        Banquet room set up/tear down
- y% g7 V. n( F0 R•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
! [6 f: Z& @& h•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
$ r' H4 y) K4 [) ]1 B•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
/ g9 D% W# q# F" `•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
