  m% v, X5 D0 f0 U4 j' c•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
+ m+ X7 I& n0 i4 L9 ~" e7 S6 m2 [( T•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
9 [- V7 }' d. u! T1 \! f( {•        Cleaning of work area
0 h: f6 R2 B. `# O- |6 l; d& i- E•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
0 o  X8 G" c3 Z5 ~( ?6 d+ L•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively

•        Strong interpersonal skills
