Job Description
) r3 K4 K4 y1 n•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
! T' R% W% k6 O# H  ^, n4 p' a3 `•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
  H& G/ B# C. ^•        Cleaning of work area
( G/ w( A6 }+ G! R8 ~3 z•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
7 B& D9 a' {3 f•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

  G4 V4 {3 F3 A( D! n; P•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively

•        Strong interpersonal skills
