0 S2 d  P- _0 f; p•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
3 r, X- h! y. S6 I4 h& F  S•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
" ]' i8 U' A: E( L0 X2 x8 x, j/ e•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
& M; v8 C* V+ o•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
6 q' ?) l1 w" k9 L+ P6 k•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
