Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
8 \: |5 J& {0 j: N! x+ nservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing " g% o2 u8 a8 D0 Q( b8 y
their development.

9 s/ n E6 M% k, e3 U; T* _Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
8 p. F3 v( G7 d; O* Zhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ( z s; e3 Y; H; `& E
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 3 R' G3 G! z- G
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
; n+ [+ O2 m( {3 Sin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
3 O7 q% U" X& M+ m1 t# Uare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
& _9 A+ A; `9 k7 q+ k! P. rbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be / B6 g' U8 o& X w! D' ^6 t) \
accountable to the project coordinator.

' C) S% ^" a2 A9 a xThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
w ]7 a$ a& {. F0 d1 ischedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 8 F% {: l6 s5 K h- L0 V
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
' W' [8 f, N v5 FKeen ability to organize and lead

1 i7 T8 _" Q( R7 W L& KRelate well with other youth and adults $ x: S- H. x" L5 v
Willing to be mentored and trained , h% v ^# D( P' c; y
