Youth Empowered to Succeed Project

Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
8 V% O( S& z7 ]2 `$ y4 G+ Etheir development.

, n6 G" ~! p8 J: u- {+ P9 E3 OTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( o6 S, Z4 a+ u- Q3 N# cEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
3 M1 _* ?; s; U. gyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
. k) _* I- a' A& z4 Vare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
' K2 G- z3 s' x# D- Q1 [/ n, J! Cbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
2 D+ z/ x" J2 N% o) pschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
# E, l8 S% z+ u5 t2 Y18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
- H: h# [. Y! H: P  z4 H4 w9 O' DKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults

$15 per hour plus benefits
