their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ) j) J; r% H; Z8 B
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth : X1 v2 @7 i* b
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 2 N! Z) u! z6 |1 D+ B
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
" c) `7 F% r2 \: {" e& t4 Zin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
, a I# d- f6 J7 S3 {- b% y3 Aare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
5 O: N8 _$ I6 I* j. Vbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
3 e# f/ x7 E8 I3 S p; raccountable to the project coordinator.

6 }& L4 L4 @$ K5 zThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own : {* Z, }$ q* s
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 1 b. E- x+ y: Q, H* u' n7 x

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills

Regular attendance at meetings 4 I6 P6 [1 z, Q" I: ]8 X
Relate well with other youth and adults $ I, ?/ S1 V) l4 w6 L: L
Willing to be mentored and trained 8 s& B! z$ q t2 m! X9 e& x; N0 R
