1 A. u1 n# T" Q0 CTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.
9 `7 U0 c' l4 s2 u, n
Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
3 W1 s4 H( _$ J+ a3 Ryouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
6 ~% }3 Z) \; n. m6 p; }in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
, }+ ~, {0 q/ U: J2 \/ e* ]& Z1 X4 fare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
9 z& F4 V# b3 V% F9 rbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
! I. g2 a  R8 [2 [; N: G1 Ischedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
8 S) R5 U$ E9 P" I: m: JKeen ability to organize and lead
% D0 }' F( V. O5 QRegular attendance at meetings  
1 p/ u; G; Z* h* d. e  Z) kRelate well with other youth and adults
1 H0 l$ \( W* U' h% x, @Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
