/ {6 D3 u. S- c, FTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
, r% T# l+ K+ ?9 eservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
# ^" [- v! U+ U4 h5 C) Hhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
- w" _. f( C! R- u1 Syouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
* J) O$ V( y; N0 a; [  ain the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
% V& O) J3 ]: f4 vbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
$ P* Z) x; x% Y" s7 Aaccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
. H' Z" _' K- a5 ]; e. c. E' [schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

! N! O% I; p- n1 R7 q& {# p8 z18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
# a1 I; P+ ?8 L2 M! wKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
- ~( w7 i+ M+ Q* o) MRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
