services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing * I0 `( _5 v4 s$ E
their development.

+ D! Q" l* ^9 ?# dTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
) y( C) |0 }8 e, y2 k3 b7 Jhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 4 _3 S( P% [8 M @$ ?* p
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
& W0 m; S G$ I$ m6 {youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
: s' v6 H/ ~* A9 f5 Z6 Hin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You - ~ u2 t5 S0 L5 Z
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ) Y, C b) m! @% Y! c: N
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
" k% X9 r) Q: J. ~accountable to the project coordinator.
Q* ^1 b& i: \' r& P 8 B% F Q) [: h! ?
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
J$ B; r" c4 `: Q/ Cschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is + ~8 P; f) T; x$ _$ k5 _. F$ A

! G- ^: ], S- U9 GQualifications
: V2 ?) t! g$ q' a18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
" ^# K* S9 X" [4 PKeen ability to organize and lead : e. r& A, q7 g2 J" k$ g- t& @
Regular attendance at meetings % e# w& w+ i+ o' h* I7 l( V
Relate well with other youth and adults
