The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. " w( e4 U- R. g2 [2 f2 E9 C
4 Y6 w S. G' `+ _This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:
% H6 ?4 Y0 A, W• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
/ g4 b1 k5 x9 K# a" ?• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads1 v% u" w; U, r+ g* Z m
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits- {+ s9 A0 c6 M- M8 J) B
• Input and manage high volume of data
& J i [& e# Q- l9 r• Update and maintain databases/ g9 m4 y i8 \0 p6 O; v; F
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
m- b$ @$ ]0 v• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation- Y" N& D' \$ V& l
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits0 c! C0 J1 f" C( ?: N* N5 u
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
) @' a5 @/ f/ Q- Y/ f) I/ d7 }% `• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors" a2 l0 i& n* O# Y4 c9 D) M% U
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre& e% O( I9 u4 M S) R/ f4 I5 ?
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients3 D2 u8 X* ?3 N+ _* g

Qualifications:
/ Z3 o! s$ x2 j! z/ ~* Y5 A) q% c" T b& l- R
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
' X' G% _0 t% ]6 P2 w; u% Q/ f• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work3 O0 i9 E$ v4 s

• Strong customer service skills7 M1 @ G. c, R6 @2 v
• Strong organizational skills and abilities
