A woman found slain in her Capilano bungalow was a pipefitter who had lived in the southside neighbourhood for a couple of years, say neighbours.

“They (police) asked us what size shoes we wore and how tall we were and our weight,” said a woman who lives across the street from the crime scene but didn’t want her name published.' c0 J+ ]' t; {

The woman was found slain inside the 1,200-square-foot home shortly before 4 p.m. Monday, said Edmonton police spokeswoman Lisa Sobchyshyn.
